Returns

If you received the correct item but would like to return it, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. This only applies to our regular in-house collection.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Undamaged

• In original packaging

A $7 flat rate will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping label.

To start a return, please email us at info@cklasicdesigns.com and we’ll send you a label.

Custom Orders & Brilliant Collection

All custom orders and pieces from the Brilliant Collection are final sale. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or sizing exchanges on custom orders.

Please double-check your size and all custom order details before placing your order.

Sizing Exchanges 

We accept sizing exchanges! This only applies to our regular in-house collection.

Please reach out to info@cklasicdesigns.com to request a free shipping label.

Once we receive the original item, we’ll begin production on your exchange. Since each piece is made to order, please allow approximately 1 week for the new item to be completed and shipped.
