Returns

If you received the correct item but would like to return it, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. This only applies to our regular in-house collection.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Undamaged

• In original packaging

A $7 flat rate will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping label.

To start a return, please email us at info@cklasicdesigns.com and we’ll send you a label.

B.Y.O.B & Brilliant Collection

All custom orders and pieces from the B.Y.O.B & Brilliant Collection are final sale. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or sizing exchanges on custom orders.

Please double-check your size and all custom order details before placing your order.

Sizing Exchanges 

We accept sizing exchanges! This only applies to our regular in-house collection.

Please reach out to info@cklasicdesigns.com to request a free shipping label.

Once we receive the original item, we’ll begin production on your exchange. Since each piece is made to order, please allow approximately 1 week for the new item to be completed and shipped.
