I was born and raised in Shizuoka, Japan. I first moved to the US for college when I was 18. ISTP. My current full-time job is to configure and maintain HCM system called Workday, but soon I would love to transition to having multiple jobs or start my own business so that I can try out different roles (possibly more creative ones) that interest me.
Can you share a project or accomplishment you’re particularly proud of?
My dream as a teenager was to move to New York and have a nice job. The 15-year-old me would be very excited if she found out where I am.
What is something you’re passionate about outside of work or your main responsibilities?
I like shooting and editing videos. Instagram has been my creative outlet. I am very grateful to have my little community where I can share my creativity.
If you could give your past self a piece of advice, what would it be?
Keep going, all that effort is going to be worth it.
What are some signature pieces or styles that define your personal fashion identity?
I cannot leave the house without a necklace on, most of the times is a chunky silver chain with something interesting going on. Also, bags and shoes are my obsession, specially black chunky platform boots. I wish I could wear them everyday!
